Greenwich Portraits 2018

Outstanding alumni spearhead festival of events

Greenwich Portraits 2018

An international rock star and an Olympic gold medallist are among 16 outstanding alumni who will feature in this year’s Greenwich Portraits exhibition.

Greenwich Portraits 2018 is part of a series of events featuring alumni in February and March.

This year’s exhibition will celebrate a further 16 alumni and current students.

Portraits of the likes of Dave Rowntree, drummer with Britpop legends Blur, and Olympic gold medal winning athlete Ann Brightwell will sit alongside the stars of the future and alumni who have overcome great personal challenges to achieve their professional goals.

The Bigger Picture

On 28 February, MyLifeMySay will host Brexit Café at the university, a unique opportunity for young people to discuss all things Brexit.

This event is the brainchild of Politics alumnus, Mete Coban who is Co-Founder and Chief Executive of MyLifeMySay, a non-partisan youth-led movement which has been recognised by Westminster and the media as making a significant contribution to the high youth turnout at the 2017 General Election.
