The Royal Academy has selected a painting by Greenwich alumna Diana Poliak to appear in its famous Summer Exhibition.

This is the third time the Royal Academy has featured work by Diana, who graduated in 2008 with a BA in Fine Art.

Her painting, “Grayson Claire with Cat and Bear”, tells the tale of famous potter Grayson Perry’s trip to Bavaria with his childhood teddy bear Alan M. on his blue and pink motorbike.

The exhibition runs from 12 June until 19 August in London’s Piccadilly and coincides with the 250th Anniversary of The Royal Academy.
