Are you a young author who can tackle emerging business themes? Then enter the Bracken Bower Prize!
If you’re a young author who can tackle emerging business themes or identify and analyse the trends of the future in business, economics, finance or management or even examine pressing business challenges in unique ways, The Bracken Bower Prize could be for you.
The Bracken Bower Prize, an annual competition run by the Financial Times (FT) and McKinsey & Company, will be awarded to the best proposal for a business book by an author under the age of 35 (you need to be aged under 35 on 30 November 2019). The proposal doesn’t need to be more than 5,000 words and you will find guidelines and help on the FT website.
The deadline for submissions is 30 September 2019 (5pm BST) however the FT advise that you make your submissions earlier.
The Bracken Bower Prize will be given at the Business Book of the Year Award dinner, which will be held in New York on 3 December 2019.
