Memories of Greenwich 

This photo reminds me of the hard but interesting times I went through whilst I was at the Zambia Centre For Accountancy Studies (ZCAS) pursuing my Bachelors degree.

I miss the times working on projects with people of different professional backgrounds. I really enjoyed working as a team to bring all the required data and information together for a common set objective, in order to make a good decision for the business progression and sustainability.

My dream was to understand both inbound and outbound logistics and my feeling was that one day, Zambia would need qualified professionals to manage transport logistics. With that background I worked very hard to achieve my dream and pursue my passion for studying. The programme’s combination of logistics, purchasing and supply chain has really made me to stand out and I still remember how Ms Chanakira, Mr Malumo and other lecturers took me step by step in making sure that I understood the whole learning process.

Life after Greenwich 

I have enjoyed a lot of career progress since I completed my degree. In 2017 I was promoted to a stock controller position from the previous position of haulage supervisor. I only worked for less than three years as a stock controller when I was promoted to a higher position of a Logistics Planner within the same company, Zambia Sugar Plc.
